How WavRex collects, uses and protects the personal information you share with us.

WavRex (registration 2016/468731/07), based in Gamalakhe, KwaZulu-Natal, is the responsible party for the personal information collected through this website.
What we collect and why
When you complete our contact form we collect the details you provide — your name, company or organisation, email address, phone number, the service you’re interested in and your message. We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to provide a quote or arrange the service you’ve asked about.
We ask for your explicit consent at the point of collection. We do not use your details for marketing without your permission, and we do not sell or share your information with third parties for their own purposes.
How your enquiry is processed
Contact-form submissions are delivered to us through Web3Forms, a third-party form-processing service, which passes your message to our email inbox. Your information therefore passes through Web3Forms’ systems in transit. We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your request and any engagement that follows.
Your rights under POPIA
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact our information officer.
